Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is a leading payments technology company seeking a Senior Product Manager to direct product development and the end-to-end lifecycle.

You will evolve ideas into profitable solutions by leveraging customer insights and industry experience, building strong relationships across marketing, sales, support, and executives. You will own roadmaps, lead pricing and market positioning, and collaborate with analytics, delivery, and relationship teams to ensure successful go-to-market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, computer science, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with software products and external customers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define the approach from product development through launch, managing complex initiatives and PNL for profitable product lines.
• Own roadmap and collaborate with industry analysts, delivery, sales, and relationship teams on prioritization and costs.
• Develop go-to-market packaging and pricing strategies with product marketing.
• Build business cases using analytics to support decisions and client value proposition.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to define goals, market positioning, and pricing.
• Guide market research and synthesize results into strategic roadmaps.
