Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in the accounting profession, preferably in practice.
• International experience would be advantageous.
• Studying for an accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/AAT).
• Excellent communication skills, organised and able to handle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to share knowledge within the team and build relationships quickly.
• Attention to detail and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor and client manager with a portfolio of international clients and deliver finance functions.
• Handle payroll, accounts payable processing and payments.
• Manage client funds and employee expenses reimbursement.
• Prepare management accounts and VAT/indirect tax work.
• Assist with year-end statutory accounts and compliance queries.
• Set up bookkeeping in Xero or other accounting systems as needed.
