Job summary

UNIFY VSN Ltd is seeking a hands-on LED Screen Installation Engineer to join our team in the UK. The role involves installing, configuring, commissioning and maintaining both indoor and outdoor LED displays across UK, Europe and the US, with regular international travel.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ hands‑on LED experience and be proficient with NovaStar and Mooncell systems. A full UK driving licence and a proactive, customer‑facing approach are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience installing and maintaining professional LED screens.
NovaStar experience is mandatory, including NovaLCT software, processor configuration, screen mapping and fault diagnosis.
Mooncell experience is mandatory, including processor setup, receiving-card configuration, screen mapping and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of LED display technology, pixel pitch, resolution, refresh rates and cabinet configurations.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, commission and maintain indoor and outdoor LED display systems.
Set up, programme and troubleshoot NovaStar and Mooncell LED processors, receiving cards and control systems.
Carry out screen mapping, cabinet configuration, resolution setup and calibration.
Diagnose and repair LED modules, receiving cards, power supplies and data connections.
Provide technical support during installations, events and customer activations.
Ensure projects are completed safely, professionally and within deadlines.
