Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking an International Labor & Employment Counsel to join its in-house legal team. This remote role based in the UK focuses on employment matters across the EMEA and APAC regions, including agreements, investigations, compliance, and litigation management.

You will report to the US-based Director of Labor & Employment Counsel and provide strategic advice on cross-border employment programs while ensuring compliance with England and Wales requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of employment law experience gained in-house or in private practice.
• Admission to practice in England and Wales is preferred.
• Experience in EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions and knowledge of privacy or immigration law advantageous.

Responsibilities
