Job summary

The successful candidate will report to the Group General Counsel and handle a mix of transactional, advisory, and corporate governance workstreams, with an emphasis on leveraging legal technology and AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyers with strong academic credentials and experience in both international law firms and in-house environments (asset management or banking).
• Expertise in fund formation, distribution documentation, and knowledge of the European regulatory environment is essential.
