Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and manage personal injury and other guest claims across international jurisdictions.
• Determine claims strategy, establish reserves and advise on settlement or dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with external counsel, insurers and internal teams to mitigate risk.
• Draft claims correspondence, settlement communications and litigation materials.
• Support external counsel with litigated matters and document review.
