DPD Group UK is offering an apprentice role in the International Analyst Team to support the International Operations Department and gain practical data analysis experience. The Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship runs for 18 months with six hours per week of off-the-job training, covering modules such as data/AI landscape, databases, Python for data insights, AI-augmented BI, and more.

Job Description

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Provide cross-functional support to the International Analyst Team
• Participate in specific projects, working in groups and other duties required to drive and enhance the International Operations Department
• Understand how the International Analyst Team supports the IOD and perform team-specific tasks
• Assist, when requested and deemed necessary, with presentations to International clients, SMT and internal departments, and attend any meetings when required to provide international knowledge
• Gain knowledge of the various systems & languages used by the International Analyst team
• Support key initiatives within the International Analyst Team and wider department
• Support with daily and weekly reporting across the team
• Complete any other duties as specified by the International Analyst Manager
• Undertake and complete an Apprentice qualification aligned with the analyst apprentice role

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively to a range of stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously and also collaboratively
• Computer literacy skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Google Suite
• Accuracy and attention to detail
