Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to lead installation verification, testing, and handover of electrical and mechanical systems on mission-critical projects. You will work across HVAC and data centre environments, coordinating with design, QA/QC, and client teams to ensure compliant, safe, and efficient startup and qualification.

The role requires 3–5 years in engineering/project activities, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of engineering or project-related experience.
• Experience with HVAC systems and data centre projects is desirable.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Install verification, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical and mechanical systems on mission-critical projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specs and GMP requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams and document progress, reports and client requirements.
• Develop commissioning protocols, qualification documentation, and validation reports.
• Review project documentation for technical accuracy and constructability.
