Job summary

Oleson is seeking a highly motivated Data Center Commissioning Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring that data center facilities meet operational, performance, and reliability standards through rigorous testing, evaluation, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop commissioning plans for mechanical, electrical, and IT systems, conduct tests, and collaborate with design, construction and operations teams across the UK.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioning experience, preferably in data centers or critical facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of data center systems including HVAC, power, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel within the UK.

This role is an initial 3-month contract with a view to long‑term or permanent position. The ideal candidate will be open to working and traveling within the UK.
