Job summary

Larbey Evans Ltd in London is seeking an experienced International Arbitration Paralegal to join our expanding team. You will manage large case files, assist with submissions, and coordinate hearings with interpreters, transcribers, and venues.

Working closely with fee-earners and interns, you will carry out document reviews, format and cite-check materials, and support e-discovery tasks using Relativity. This role offers hybrid working with a mix of in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

• 18 months+ Commercial Litigation/International Arbitration paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Experience supporting filings and hearings with autonomy.
• Familiarity with e-discovery tools such as Relativity and Disco.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining electronic and paper case files, with day-to-day file management and organisation of client materials.
• Supporting submission phases, including formatting, cite-checking, proofreading, and organising supporting docs.
• Leading logistical planning of hearings, negotiating contracts with transcribers, interpreters and venues.
• Working with fee-earners on opening and closing submissions.
• Assisting with cross-examination bundles and collaboration with fee-earners throughout the process.

Expanding and award-winning law firm in London is looking to hire an experienced International Arbitration Paralegal on a permanent basis to join their London office.

International Arbitration Paralegal – What you will be doing:

• Maintaining large electronic and paper case files, with day-to-day responsibility for file management, indexing and the organisation of client materials for associate review
• Working with lawyers and interns to carry out first-level document reviews ahead of second-level associate review
• Supporting associates during submission phases, including formatting and style consistency, cite-checking, proofreading, and organising supporting documentation
• Leading the logistical planning of hearings, including negotiating contracts with transcribers, interpreters and hearing venues
• Working closely with fee-earners on opening and closing submissions
• Assisting with the preparation of cross-examination bundles, working closely with fee-earners throughout the process

International Arbitration Paralegal – What we are looking for:

• Applicants must have 18 months+ Commercial Litigation/International Arbitration paralegal experience within a law firm
• Experience of supporting filings and hearings and will need to work with some degree of autonomy
• Experience with e-discovery (Relativity, Disco etc)
