Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reimbursement and market access strategies across international markets.
• Lead access strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with country teams to maximize patient access and reimbursement uptake.
• Provide strategic leadership on reimbursement trends and policy developments.
• Advise country leadership on access challenges and trade-offs.
• Lead reimbursement planning for launches, lifecycle extensions and market expansion.
• Ensure launch readiness from a reimbursement perspective.
• Oversee key access milestones, risks and opportunities.
• Influence evidence strategies to protect pricing and support adoption.
• Lead generation and dissemination of payer insights across markets.
