Job summary

Insulet Corporation, a leading medical device company, seeks a Market Development Lead to define and drive international market development strategy for Omnipod and AID. You will accelerate adoption, collaborate with global teams, and become the primary marketing lead for KOL engagement and HCP education.

Based in the United Kingdom, you will shape regional programs, partner with product, clinical and market access teams, and build a high‑performing international team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in global or international marketing, medical affairs, or strategy.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Experience accelerating therapy or product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of international market dynamics to support AID becoming standard of care.
• Identify and understand international barriers to therapy adoption across key customer segments.
• Build and lead international market development strategies and plans with cross-functional teams.
• Support development of market strategies, programs, and marketing materials to drive international adoption of Omnipod and AID.
• Serve as International Marketing lead for KOL engagement and HCP education, partnering cross-functionally to ensure aligned strategy and execution.
• Support regional sales training related to AID positioning, value storytelling, and messaging.
• Partner with Product Management, Clinical, Medical, and Global Market Access to translate insights on therapy adoption barriers.
• Assess market acceptance in priority local markets and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead and develop the international market development team and drive high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with Intl DTC & HCP team on assets to drive awareness and education of AID within brand comms.
