Our client is seeking a driven and talented individual to join a dedicated and professional growing team. This full-time position focuses on the development and maintenance of internal tools, which includes both front-end applications and SQL backend processes.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to closely collaborate with senior developers within the global team as well as local business teams to troubleshoot issues, improve existing solutions, and document technical changes.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with data modelling and scalable database structures.
• Experience or coursework in VB.NET development.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Scripting with PowerShell or Python.
• Knowledge of SSRS or other reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• Hands-on VBA experience.
• Solid relational database and T-SQL understanding.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn new languages and frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Assist in development, maintenance, and enhancement of front-end internal tools.
• Write and optimise T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely fixes.
• Document code changes and user guides.
• Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Create test cases and execute tests.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements.
• Support facilities team with technical assistance.
• Develop and mentor the trainee developer.
