Job summary

JDP Ashford, part of Tessenderlo Group, seeks an Internal Sales Person to drive sales of civils and drainage products. You’ll call existing customers and prospects, promote products, and build lasting relationships while meeting targets.

You'll develop product knowledge, deliver excellent service, and work with the local branch team. A positive attitude and resilience help you succeed in a busy market.

As an Internal Sales Person at our Ashford branch, you'll be an integral part of our local team. Your primary focus will be proactive calling to existing and potential customers. You'll engage with contractors, builders, and industry professionals, promoting our high-quality civils and drainage products. Your goal? To drive sales, build lasting relationships, and contribute to our continued success.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively Reach Out: You'll make outbound calls to our customer base, introducing new products, discussing promotions, and identifying opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our range of civils and drainage products. Understand their features, benefits, and applications.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers. Listen to their needs, offer solutions, and provide outstanding service.
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs. Your success directly impacts our growth. Sales Enthusiast: You're passionate about sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Communication: Your phone skills are top-notch, and you're confident in engaging with diverse audiences.
