Responsibilities

• Sourcing and identifying candidates for live vacancies.
• Registering new candidates and building strong candidate relationships.
• Speaking with candidates to understand their experience and availability.
• Advertising live vacancies across relevant job boards.
• Lead generation and candidate development.
• Screening, vetting and referencing candidates.
• Formatting CVs and creating candidate profiles.
• Requesting and maintaining candidate documentation and certificates.
• Managing timesheets and ensuring information is submitted accurately.
• Updating candidate records and databases.
• Creating and sending assignment details.
• Handling incoming calls and general candidate queries.
• Providing day-to-day administrative and recruitment support to the team.

What will you be doing?

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play an important role in supporting our recruitment consultants and helping us deliver great candidates to our clients.
