Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in internal communications focused on organisational change.
• Experience handling complex communications in large organisations.
• Ability to advise senior leaders with credibility and impact.
• Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management in high-change environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of internal communications for organisational change.
• Support the launch and embedding of Strategy 2035 and HR priorities.
• Advise senior leaders and provide briefing materials and toolkits.
• Deliver communications across internal channels with governance and brand alignment.
• Monitor staff engagement and use insights to improve messaging as priorities evolve.
