Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group in Leicester is seeking a Communications Assistant to join our Internal Communications Team. You will support the delivery of the internal communications strategy, creating and managing internal comms that effectively share company news, campaigns and tasks with showroom teams.

You’ll bring creativity, curiosity and a can-do mindset, working collaboratively to keep the culture alive and ensuring timely, accurate information flows across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Clear, concise, and engaging written content.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.
