Job summary

Wise is seeking a talented Presentation Designer to craft clear, engaging stories for internal audiences. You will design presentations, templates, and branded materials using Figma, Google Slides, and InDesign.

Based in London, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to simplify complex updates for company-wide audiences, attend the London office three days per week, and help evolve systems for consistent on-brand outputs. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in in-house teams or branding agencies.
• Strong presentation design skills in Figma and Google Slides.
• A portfolio showing craft in layout, typography, and hierarchy.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging stories.
• Excellent communication with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
• Open to feedback and able to translate guidance into high-quality work.
• Bonus: motion design, AI tools, After Effects, and 3D experience.

Responsibilities

• Design presentations for internal events and meetings, turning complex information into clear, compelling stories.
• Create and evolve presentation templates and systems in Figma and Google Slides.
• Develop and roll out user-friendly templates and tools for consistent, on-brand work.
• Design company-wide events and conferences, including branding and print/digital materials.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate updates into impactful presentations.
• Assist Workplace team with signage, uniforms, and branded materials for offices.
• Produce polished reports and review materials in InDesign when needed.
• Experiment with AI tools to accelerate workflows and find smarter ways of working.
• Contribute ideas to shared systems and support other internal communications projects.
