Job summary

Wise is seeking an experienced designer to own presentation design across internal comms in London. You will craft on-brand, scalable systems in Figma and Google Slides, and train non-designers to use them, while collaborating with senior stakeholders under peak periods.

The role emphasises strong craft, storytelling, and attention to detail, with opportunities to work on major events, reports, and AI-enhanced workflows in a fast-paced, global company.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation design in Figma and Google Slides, with real craft in layout and typography.
• Curious and eager to learn; comfortable with AI tools to speed up workflows.
• Self-starter who can manage time in a small sub-team and communicate with senior/C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design presentations that strengthen our brand using Figma and Google Slides.
• Develop and roll out presentation templates and systems for Wise-wide use.
• Design major company-wide events, signage, and internal communications with fast turnarounds.
• Translate complex updates for senior and C-suite audiences into impactful presentations.
• Collaborate with Workplace for branded materials and signage.
• Provide design support for reports using InDesign.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows.
