Triple Point in London looks for a proactive Business Development role focused on building adviser relationships and generating qualified meetings. You will work with regional BDMs, manage a clear pipeline, and progress opportunities from first contact to application while delivering strong service to advisers and clients.
The role requires sales or BD experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Since 2004, we’ve been bringing investment ideas to life and connecting capital with the right people and opportunities. Today, we manage more than £2.5 billion for a broad range of investors across five key investment strategies: Private Credit, Social Housing, Clean Heat, Energy and Venture. These strategies underpin the innovative range of investments we offer to both private (retail) and institutional clients.
There are 230+ employees at Triple Point, all committed to leaving the world demonstrably better than we found it. That’s why we’re a certified B Corp, signed up to the Principles for Responsible Investment, and were named one of the Sunday Times ‘Best Place to Work’ for 2025/2026.

The Distribution team raises and retains assets under management (AUM) to support Triple Point’s growth. We provide financial solutions for advisers and their clients, building relationships based on trust, transparency and integrity.
This is a phone-based business development role, working closely with regional Business Development Managers (BDMs). You’ll build relationships with new and existing financial advisers, generate sales activity and help manage the pipeline across your region. You’ll also provide a high standard of service to advisers and their clients.
A central part of the role is proactive prospecting: identifying advisers to contact, finding relevant reasons to engage them and creating opportunities for the regional team. You’ll build and maintain a clear pipeline, follow up consistently and help progress opportunities from first contact through to application.
You’ll work with colleagues to deliver shared regional targets. The internal and external teams rely on one another: the internal team creates and develops opportunities, while regional BDMs build adviser relationships and host meetings. Success means creating a steady flow of well-qualified meetings and opportunities for the region.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, is curious about advisers’ businesses and thinks creatively about how to engage existing supporters and introduce Triple Point to new advisers. You’ll be interested in developing your skills, improving how the team works and contributing to the future direction of the business.
In keeping with Stay Curious and Take Thoughtful Action, every employee has access to AI tools. We see technology as a co-pilot that can improve efficiency and insight, while decisions remain grounded in thoughtful human judgement.
We want to hear from people with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. You don’t need to meet every criterion to apply: if the role interests you and you can bring many of the skills we’re looking for, we’d encourage you to put yourself forward. We value potential, transferable skills and a willingness to learn, as well as direct experience. We welcome applications from people of all genders and backgrounds.
