Affinity Water is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead the risk-based audit programme, manage a high-performing team and provide insight to strengthen controls across the organisation.
The role involves developing the annual audit plan, delivering audits from planning to reporting, and partnering with senior stakeholders including the Executive Leadership Team and Audit Committee to challenge and improve risk management.

We're looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our Compliance, Risk & Internal Audit team and lead our risk-based audit programme, manage a high-performing team and provide insight and challenge to help strengthen controls and manage risk across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced audit professional who enjoys working with people as well as processes and controls. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team and Audit, Risk & Assurance Committee, and have a real opportunity to influence how we manage risk and assurance.
What you'll be doing
As an Internal Audit Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of our annual risk-based audit and testing plan, manage the Internal Audit team and oversee the quality and timely delivery of audits. You'll also lead your own audits, from planning and fieldwork through to reporting and follow-up.
