Brewer Morris is partnering with a leading Top 10 accountancy and advisory firm to strengthen its Internal Audit team with an Assistant Manager role. The position combines client engagement, people management and technical delivery across a diverse client base in both public and private sectors.

You will lead and deliver internal audit assignments from planning to reporting, manage budgets and deadlines, and coach junior team members.

Formación

• Professionally qualified (CMIIA, CIA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience in internal audit in professional services or in-house internal audit function.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships with clients at all levels.
• Experience with a broad range of clients across sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Support management of a portfolio of internal audit clients and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
• Assist with risk-based internal audit plans and annual audit programmes.
• Lead and deliver internal audit assignments from planning through to reporting.
• Prepare high-quality audit reports and review the work of junior team members.
• Support client meetings, Audit Committee presentations and wider stakeholder engagement.
• Manage assignments to budgets and deadlines, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Coach, develop and review junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and support business development.
• Contribute to technical research and methodology improvements.
