Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the school s Internal Alternative Provision, ensuring a safe, structured and purposeful environment that supports students to re-engage with learning and improve their behaviour.
As an active member of the pastoral team, the postholder will work closely with staff to monitor student behaviour, attendance, engagement and achievement, ensuring appropriate interventions are implemented and reviewed.
The role will include tracking and analysing behaviour and achievement data, identifying trends and recurring concerns, and providing regular reports to the Senior Leadership Team. The postholder will also support effective reintegration into mainstream education, working with students and staff to promote sustained improvements in behaviour, engagement and learning. Transitions are significant in the lives of children and young people, with staff supporting individuals through periods of change and uncertainty in a sensitive and nurturing way.
