Intermediate to Associate Electrical Design Engineer
Location: City of London
Salary: Up to £75 000 per annum (experience dependent)

Our client is seeking an Intermediate to Associate Electrical Design Engineer to join their close-knit building services team. This nurturing and dynamic company was founded 10 years ago and they have grown to be one of the best small, independently owned, building services consultancies in the industry. They focus their efforts in growing each employee as an individual, and within their team, which consists of 25 talented individuals, across 3 offices nationwide. They strive in providing their employees with a supportive and collaborative working environment that supports their engineers in CPD and CEng applications. In this role, you will be working on very interesting and technically challenging projects, such as government projects - including HM prison refurbishment and new buildings - and commercial projects, including offices, and educational buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from concept through to completion and participate in running small design projects with client-facing duties.
  • Contribute to project design within the building services team on government, commercial, and educational projects.
  • Collaborate with a team of 25 across three offices and support CPD and professional development activities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years relevant industry experience in the building services industry.
  • Ability and track record of leading projects from concept through to completion, as well as running small design projects and client-facing duties.
  • Background in consultancy is ideal, but candidates with contractor experience will also be considered.
  • Willingness to contribute to the company with your ideas, and to grow and learn.
  • Willingness to be in office to grow with the team and help build a strong foundation.
