A leading MEP design consultancy in Bristol is seeking an Intermediate/Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team. This role offers a flexible work environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Responsibilities include designing mechanical systems, assisting clients, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Job description

Join one of Bristol’s up and coming MEP design consultancies. They were incorporated in 2021 and were recently shortlisted for SME of the Year at the CESW 2025 Awards! They are involved in a number of sectors including commercial, residential, and educational across the UK with project values up to £7 million.

They are looking for an Intermediate/Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their ever-growing team based in Bristol. They offer a flexible working environment: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote (alternating weekly), 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays), and flexible working hours (e.g., 8-4 or 10-6). They are willing to pay strong salaries for the right candidates and offer bonuses for all work brought into the business.

Part of your role will include:
