One of the UK's largest independent Property and Infrastructure Consultancies is actively recruiting for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their established office, supporting a growing portfolio of Water sector projects.

The client is a market-leading Consultancy with a strong national and international presence. They have built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality services within the water, utilities, and infrastructure sectors and are currently involved in a wide range of projects. These include water treatment plants, reservoir upgrades, pumping stations, flood alleviation schemes, and water network improvements. Project values typically range from £5 million to multi-billion-pound programmes.

The Position

They are seeking to recruit several Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to take full responsibility for managing Water sector projects from inception through to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work closely with water companies, regulatory bodies, and major contractors on complex water infrastructure projects.

Typical project values range between £1 million and £50 million. While the immediate focus will be on Water and Utilities, there will also be opportunities to gain experience in related sectors such as Transport, Highways, and Energy as the business continues to grow.

The Candidate

The successful Quantity Surveyor must:
