Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious, client-focused Cost and Project Management consultancy based in London (Islington) is looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Role

Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyors, the successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of sectors including commercial offices, education, and leisure developments.

This role offers the perfect platform to grow, with structured support towards your APC and the chance to take ownership of smaller projects as your confidence and experience grow.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who’s ready to step up and make a real impact on projects from day one.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

You will ideally have:

• A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• 12+ months UK consultancy experience
• Exposure to both pre and post-contract duties
• Ambition to become MRICS qualified
• Confident, detail-driven, and enthusiastic about professional growth
