Job summary

Flagship Consulting is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our Leeds team, focusing on large-scale infrastructure and civil projects. You will deliver pre- and post-contract services and help manage commercial aspects in a supportive consultancy environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Quantity Surveying degree, have consultancy experience, and be familiar with NEC contracts. MRICS progression is supported; hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Consultancy/PQS-side experience is essential.
• Exposure to infrastructure, utilities, or water projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
• Support commercial management of civil, infrastructure, and utility projects.
• Prepare cost plans, procurement strategies, and risk assessments.
• Assist with contract administration and reporting.
• Attend client meetings and support client relationships.
• Work collaboratively as part of a growing project team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated QS to gain exposure to large-scale infrastructure and civil engineering schemes, while developing their technical and commercial expertise in a supportive consultancy environment. You'll work closely with senior colleagues, with a clear progression path towards more senior roles.

The Role

As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in:

• Delivering pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services

The Candidate
