Job summary

DAMICOR LIMITED is seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join its civil utilities team in Basingstoke, Hampshire. This full-time role offers a competitive salary in the £50k–£60k range and the chance to work on a major SGN contract.

You will manage cost planning, prepare bills of quantities, and support the commercial team from bid through final account on utility projects. A solid background in civil engineering and client liaison will help you succeed in this hands-on

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying on civil/utility projects.
• Experience with SGN contract or similar utilities projects.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work on-site in Basingstoke.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost planning and cost control for projects.
• Prepare bills of quantities and tender documentation.
• Support commercial team from bid to final account and reporting.
