Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor Required Urgently
A well-established main contractor is currently seeking an Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a £30 million commercial office refurbishment and fit-out scheme in Central London. The client is open to candidates capable of leading a project as well as those comfortable working in a support or "number two" role. Strong procurement skills and full project lifecycle experience are required, as this project is currently underway.
Role: Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central & Outer London
Rate/Salary: £350 - £450 p/d or £50k - £75k (plus package)
Project: Commercial Office Refurb & Fit-Out
Duration: Ongoing / Temp-to-perm / Permanent
