Job Description:

Our valued client is looking for an intermediate Project Manager to support the full software vendor lifecycle from evaluation and selection to onboarding, performance management, and contract renewal.

Tasks include:

  • End-to-end project delivery for initiatives involving technology vendor sourcing, onboarding, and contract management.
  • Develop and implement technology vendor strategies and that align with enterprise objectives. Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to complex negotiations with major software vendors, ensuring favorable terms, risk mitigation, and compliance with procurement policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and address risks related to vendor engagements, ensuring adherence to internal controls and external regulations.
  • Define and track KPIs for vendor performance, ensuring continuous improvement and value realization

Must have:

  • Reliability clearance
  • PMP certification
  • PM experience in an SDLC environment

Nice to have:

  • Extensive experience in vendor sourcing, onboarding, and lifecycle management
  • Proven track record negotiating software contracts with mega vendors (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of licensing models, subscription agreements, and managed services
  • Familiarity with procurement tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, SharePoint)
