You will be working across a varied portfolio of commercial property, with a focus on the Education Sector.

Experience Needed:
  1. Relevant degree qualified (Surveying/Project Management/ Construction Management)
  2. Proven track record as a Project Manager (ideally within a consultancy/client-side environment)
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  4. Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  5. Knowledge and experience working through JCT/Traditional contracts
  6. Knowledge and experience working through RIBA Stages
  7. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  8. Responsible for managing and delivering your own projects on time and within budget
  9. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  10. Dealing with Tenders, negotiating with contractors, procurement knowledge etc.
  11. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and cost plans.
  12. Comfortable in Client facing role and developing Client relationships
