Reporting to the Planning Manager, the role offers exposure to diverse projects and a structured career path within a market-leading main contractor with a strong reputation in the industry.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in construction planning.
• Main contractor background.
• Relevant construction qualification.
• Site-based project experience.
• Strong knowledge of different forms of contract.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Produce tender programmes and planning deliverables for bids.
• Drive projects through construction and successful completion.
• Support planning activities across the full project lifecycle.
