They have extensive experience in sectors from small retail refurbishments to large-scale multi-million-pound M&E contracts.
The main purpose of this role is the design of mechanical engineering for building services. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering projects from start to finish and developing designs within the built environment.
- Producing mechanical designs and drawings for various projects.
- Creating reports to support designs, in line with compliance.
- Carrying out site surveys and inspecting existing installations.
- Participating in external and internal meetings.
Additional duties may be required to achieve objectives.
You should have mechanical design experience and:
- Hold ONC/HNC in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Be able to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Have knowledge of industry regulations and mechanical design standards.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Hevp, and other design software.
- A salary of up to £38,000 per annum plus performance-related bonus.
- 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
