Overview

I am working with a leading MEP design consultancy with capabilities to undertake complex projects in several highly lucrative industries, specialising within the Commercial/Mixed Use/Transport/Data-Centres.We are looking for an experienced, ambitious Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer, capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams to produce and review design packages, using knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Amtech, Revit, etc.We are ideally seeking someone with relevant qualifications in MEP design, but your key daily tasks will entail:

Responsibilities
  • Produce drawings, calculations, and specifications under senior guidance.
  • Support the design of electrical building services systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, security, and data.
  • Ensure designs meet British Standards, Building Regulations, and industry codes.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams for integrated designs.
