This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Intermediate Java Developer to join our Banker Experience & Platforms (BXP) team.

You’ll be joining a Technology team that is on a mission to ‘Reimagine banker experience & platforms to brilliantly serve customers’. We are unifying and simplifying our colleague experience to make BNZ the best place to be a banker.

About the Role

We spoke with our Banker Experience team, and they shared the following about the role:

Projects / Work

You’ll join one of our Banker Experience teams, creating a new Document Management platform, with an initial focus on Lending document generation. This new experience uses target state technology and aims to be intuitive and simple. Our goal is to deliver the best banker experience so our bankers can delight our customers.

Team Culture & Environment

We're a vibrant mix of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, collaborating in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. We emphasize being Engineering Led, with our Product teams passionate about building the right thing and building it right.

  • Building and deploying via CI/CD pipelines; DevOps experience.
