Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (2 shift patterns 7-1 and 4-10)

Salary: £24,169 per annum (enhanced AFC pay for out of hours)
Salary period: Yearly

Independence is key to well-being. Reablement involves a multidisciplinary team supporting patients to regain independence by following personalized goal plans, involving service users to help them 'do' rather than 'do to' or 'do for' people.
If you have the necessary skills or experience as an enabler, or wish to become one, apply now. We offer ongoing training, supervision, and support to achieve qualifications like the Care Certificate or NVQ.
