Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our intermediate care and urgent response administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing a single point of access for all incoming referrals to the service
  • Supporting clinical triage of referrals and tracking patients through care pathways
  • Coordinating service activities and providing a high level of customer service
  • Liaising with patients, service representatives, healthcare professionals, and other colleagues
  • Managing data to enable the service to operate effectively
  • Preparing reports and letters in relation to patient care
  • Producing performance monitoring reports as required

Requirements include:

  • Experience as an administrator with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information in a timely manner
  • GCSE education or equivalent
  • Knowledge of office procedures and experience with computer systems
