A leading financial services provider in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an experienced professional for a Financial Operations role. The successful candidate will ensure timely commission payments, provide internal support, and maintain financial controls. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel proficiency. A competitive salary package is offered, along with benefits including a bonus and pension scheme.

We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our Financial Operations Commission team, to ensure Intermediaries are set up correctly on our system and commission payments are timely and accurate.
You’ll provide support and guidance to the Intermediary Support team, as well as other AXA teams and Intermediaries. You’ll be responsible for completing and documenting all commission financial controls, in accordance with our control guidelines.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\'ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
