Volpe Enterprises is Hiring a Residential Interior Project Manager!

Volpe Enterprises, Inc. is a full-service design-build remodeling company transforming homes across the Philadelphia suburbs since 1970. We're growing and looking for an Interior Project Manager who can drive timelines, coordinate skilled trades, build strong client relationships, and bring visionary designs to life
What You'll Be Doing:
- Run preconstruction meetings to assess site conditions, ensure projects meet their potential, and understand client expectations
- Owning the project schedule from start to finish and ensuring trades, materials, and inspections are meeting timeliness and building expectations
- Communicating clearly and frequently with homeowners, internal teams, and trade partners to keep projects on track and clients informed of project progress
- Leading job site reviews, solving problems in real-time, and holding all team members (including yourself) to high standards of craftsmanship and accountability
- Manage change orders, ordering materials, coordinating deliveries, and documenting project updates using Buildertrend
- Collaborating with Lead Carpenters and Production Leadership to keep quality and client experience at the forefront of all projects
- Ensuring adequate job completion with strong closeouts and post-project check-ins to ensure the creation of high quality construction projects, and lifelong, business relationships with clients
What our Company is Seeking from Candidates:
- Three (3) or more years in residential remodeling (design-to-build experience will give candidates a competitive edge in the decision process)
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing, and project explanation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using project management software (Buildertrend, Quickbase, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret residential construction plans
- Calm under pressure, receptive to feedback and changes to plans, and solutions-oriented
- Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
