Overview

A Design studio we're working with in the Midlands area are after a strong Interior Architect to help on the flow of projects they're working on whereby you have good experience of taking concepts through to survey on-site working alongside fit-out contractors to get the projects built.

Responsibilities

• Take concepts through to survey on-site and work alongside fit-out contractors to deliver projects.
• Contribute to project flow and coordination from concept through to completion.

Qualifications

• Fluency in AutoCAD is a must.
• Commercial experience in Workplace, F&B, and Retail Design, with demonstrated design in at least two of these sectors.
• Senior-level technical capability with experience delivering projects from concept to completion.

Working arrangements

Hybrid work is offered for this role whereby you will need a car to get to their offices with parking on-site, and though you\'re in the office 3 days per week ideally you live within an hour\'s drive of their location.
