Job summary

Hunter Dunning is working with a design studio specialising in high-end residential interiors for private clients, residential developers and property partners in the UK and internationally. They are looking for an established Interior Designer to join their head office team, managing residential projects from initial brief through to completion.

The role offers hybrid working in Buckinghamshire with a salary range of £32,000–£40,000, 25 days of annual leave, a company pension and clear career

Qualifications

• 3+ years interior design experience in the UK.
• Proven experience on FF&E, IA and procurement.
• Strong technical drawing, specification and scheduling skills.
• Experience managing concurrent projects, deadlines and client communication.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential project delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Competent in MS Excel and relevant visualization or rendering software.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.

They are looking for an established Interior Designer to join their head office team, managing residential projects from initial brief through to completion.

Your Experience

• 3+ years' interior design experience in the UK, with a strong residential portfolio
• Proven experience working on all project stages including FF&E, IA and procurement
• Strong technical drawing, specification and scheduling skills
• Experience managing concurrent projects, deadlines and client communication
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential project delivery
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and relevant visualisation or rendering software
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent professional experience
