Job Description:

Rhythm Careers is working with a design studio that’s growing fast in the hospitality and F&B space. They’re looking for a Mid-weight Interior Designer to join the team.

This role offers the chance to work on a range of exciting, high-end hospitality interiors from feasibility and concept through to delivery, across projects of different scales, both in the UK and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience working on F&B or hospitality projects. You’ll be supported by the senior team, but need to be confident juggling multiple tasks and deadlines. Being proactive, positive, and collaborative is key.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing mood boards, design presentations, and finish palettes.
• Creating drawing packs (plans, elevations, joinery details) and FF&E specifications in AutoCAD.
• Source materials and samples, prepare finish boards, and assist with tender proposals.
• Supporting and guiding junior team members with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Attending site surveys and client meetings as needed.
• Collaborating closely with the Design Director and team to deliver well-resolved design solutions.

Required skills and experience:

• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in FF&E sourcing and developing bespoke design details.
• Good freehand sketching and conceptual abilities.
• Experience working with fabricators and suppliers to produce custom pieces.
