Qualifications

• Experience dealing with clients and contractors.

• Deliver all stages of a project from design brief to final installation.
• Translate client preferences into visual presentations.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings.

Job description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Middleweight Interior Designer to join our expanding team. Applicants must have previous experience working on high-end luxury projects and a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Knowledge of high end residential projects

- Experience in being involved with delivering all stages of a project – from design brief, concept, tender and production through to final installation and handover, in compliance with company procedures

- Translate client preferences and project requirements into stunning visual presentations

- Ability to create and develop conceptual designs, that would seamlessly integrate with our portfolio

- Skill of using colour and texture with great attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

- Space planning, including lighting & electrical layouts

- Kitchen and bathroom design

- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using SketchUp and V-Ray

- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office

- Draft and produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and RCPs.

- Have strong FF&E selection and sourcing skills with the ability to put together project packages

- Preparation of mood boards, preliminary and final designs

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technology in the industry

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-end luxury projects

- Experience in dealing with clients, contractors and other suppliers in a professional manner
