Interior Designer – International Luxury Hospitality and Residential (with Travel)

We are looking for someone with a highly creative mindset and outstanding design sensibility to join a bespoke Studio in East London. This is a top opportunity for a designer who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute bold, innovative residential and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

1. Develop strong, innovative interior design concepts for high-end residential and hospitality projects.
2. Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and material palettes rather than relying solely on reference images.
3. Work on projects such as spa resorts, luxury residences (20,000–30,000 sq. ft.), and elite golf clubs in locations including the Caribbean, the UK, and the Middle East.
4. Collaborate with the team while taking ownership of the creative direction of assigned projects.
5. Prepare and present mood and furniture concepts for residential and hospitality projects.
6. Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring quality and innovation in every project.
7. Travel to project locations as required, including potential overseas site visits.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality design.
2. Strong conceptual thinking with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
3. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively.
4. Proficient in Vectorworks and InDesign, Revit an additional bonus.
5. Proficiency in producing drawings, 3D visualisations, and design presentations.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and develop design ideas.
7. A passion for innovation and originality in interior design.
8. High energy, engaging character, ready to be part of a tight-knit social team.
