WE’RE HIRING: MIDDLEWEIGHT INTERIOR DESIGNER

We’re on the hunt for a bold, creative Interior Designer with 4+ years’ experience in a retail and/or hospitality design focussed studio. If you’ve got the confidence to own your projects, the vision to craft engaging retail and hospitality spaces, and the drive to push boundaries - we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on juggling multiple projects, has a sharp eye for detail, and brings fresh, inventive thinking to every challenge. Design excellence is our baseline — we want someone who knows how to make spaces work, both beautifully and strategically.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Design Chops: A strong portfolio that shows not just execution, but how you think. We’re looking for creativity, rigour, and spatial intelligence across retail and hospitality work.
• Project Ownership: You’re confident taking the lead - guiding projects from first sketch to final sign-off, with accountability at every stage.
• Creative Edge: You bring bold ideas to the table and know how to shape them into spaces that are both striking and purposeful.
• Attention to Detail: From materials to lighting, you care about the details that elevate a project — without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Technical Fluency: Skilled in AutoCAD or Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite — or whatever tools help you communicate and deliver your ideas clearly.
• Client Collaboration: You’re a thoughtful communicator who can understand a brief, present ideas with clarity, and build strong, respectful relationships.
• Team Mindset: You’re collaborative by nature, but ready to step up and lead when the moment calls for it.
• Grace Under Pressure: Deadlines don’t faze you - you stay focused, adaptable, and creative when the pace picks up.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Project Leadership: With guidance from our Creative Director, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to completion - managing timelines, budgets, and expectations with clarity and confidence.
• Design Thinking: You’ll create spaces that go beyond aesthetics - designs that inspire, engage, and function beautifully in real-world retail and hospitality environments.
• Technical Delivery: From detailed drawing packs to floor plans and 3D visuals, you’ll bring your ideas to life with precision and clarity.
• Client Collaboration: You’ll lead client conversations - from initial brief to final sign-off - building trust and delivering work that hits the mark.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Things don’t always go to plan — you’ll navigate the unexpected with creativity, calm, and a focus on solutions.
• Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with designers, contractors, and suppliers to make sure every detail lands just right - on time, on budget, and on brief.
• Pushing Forward: You stay curious, keep learning, and bring new ideas that challenge us to do better, think smarter, and design bolder.
