WHO WE ARE:
We’re a collective of experienced designers specialising in creating dynamic environments for the retail and hospitality industries. With food as our common thread, we’ve honed our expertise in this sector to carve out a unique niche.
We’re nimble, we’re real, and we’re people. Everything we do supports that. It’s an ecosystem that fosters free thinking, flexible working methods, and gives our teams the freedom to create.
We collaborate with luxury department stores, food markets, convenience stores, F&B startups, global brands, and restaurateurs.
Our work spans the globe, with projects across Europe, Korea, and the US. Our expertise is trusted by a loyal and expanding client base.
WE’RE HIRING: MIDDLEWEIGHT INTERIOR DESIGNER
We’re on the hunt for a bold, creative Interior Designer with 4+ years’ experience in a retail and/or hospitality design focussed studio. If you’ve got the confidence to own your projects, the vision to craft engaging retail and hospitality spaces, and the drive to push boundaries - we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on juggling multiple projects, has a sharp eye for detail, and brings fresh, inventive thinking to every challenge. Design excellence is our baseline — we want someone who knows how to make spaces work, both beautifully and strategically.
Have less than 4 years’ experience? If you bring talent, commitment, and a perspective that aligns with our values, we’d love to hear from you. Show us your potential - we’re always open to fresh voices.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK WITH US
We’re a flexible, forward-thinking design collective that understands great work happens when you have the freedom to create - not when you're stuck at a desk. Our hybrid model allows you to balance working from home with the collaborative energy of our studio.
Creativity thrives on connection. While flexibility is key, we also believe in the power of face-to-face collaboration, spontaneous sparks of inspiration, and the team dynamic that can’t be replicated on a screen.
This is a contractor role to start, but if it’s the right fit and the magic happens, we’re excited about making it long-term.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience - because we believe in compensating great talent fairly.
Learning & Development is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll have access to industry events, retail openings, and immersive experiences that keep you at the forefront of design. Plus, we’re committed to supporting your growth and expanding your skillset.
As an equal opportunities employer, we’re dedicated to building an inclusive, diverse, and supportive environment where everyone’s contribution is valued.
We believe in trust, autonomy, and collaboration. You’ll have the freedom to do your best work, but you’ll never feel like you’re doing it alone.
