Job summary

Kit Kemp Design Studio in London is seeking an accomplished Interior Designer to lead multiple IA and FF&E projects with the Directors and Associates, engaging with clients, suppliers, contractors, and fabricators to deliver seamless service.

With 7+ years post-graduate experience in luxury residential interiors and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, you will mentor junior team members and ensure exceptional, detail‑driven design delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture.
• 7+ years post-graduate experience in luxury residential interiors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong background in Interior Architecture and materials knowledge.
• Experience with FF&E and procurement is a plus.
• Experience delivering projects from concept to completion.
• Understanding of project programs, deadlines and budgets.
• Eye for scale, balance, detail and colour.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IA and FF&E projects with Directors and Associates.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors.
• Present designs and concepts to clients with confidence and clarity.
• Ensure seamless service and project delivery from concept to completion.

• Someonewho will work alongside the Directors and Associates at the highest level tolead multiple and varied IA and FF&E projects, with the assistance of morejunior team members.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Adegree or equivalent in Interior Design/Interior Architecture.
• Atleast 7+ years post-graduate experience with a minimum of 4 years in the luxuryresidential sector.
• Fullproficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite.
• Astrong background in Interior Architecture, a high standard of technicalability, and broad knowledge of materiality.
• Apassion for FF&E with vast knowledge of suppliers, products, and specialistfinishes. Experience in procurement would be a plus but is not essential.
• Experienceworking on all aspects of projects through all stages, from concept tocompletion.
• Anunderstanding of project programs and deadlines.
• Financialunderstanding of project costs and budget awareness.
• Anexceptional eye for scale, balance, detail, and colour.
• Impeccableand concise communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
