Job summary

Firmdale Hotels is seeking a talented Graphic Designer on a fixed-term month contract to join Kit Kemp Design Studio. You'll develop visual assets for Shop Kit Kemp across website, packaging, and brand-led projects.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate the distinctive Kit Kemp aesthetic into digital and print formats, ensuring brand alignment and high visual standards. Experience with luxury brands, typography, and packaging is preferred; opportunity to work in-house on

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (freelance or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showing web design and packaging work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of digital design principles, UX/UI basics, and responsive layouts.
• Experience with print production and packaging processes.
• Attention to typography and detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with lifestyle, interiors, or luxury brands.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a plus.
• Experience with AI imagery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets for Shop Kit Kemp website and packaging.

The Role

We are seeking a talentedand highly creativeGraphic Designerto join our team on afixed term month contract, working in-house at Kit Kemp Design Studio. Thisrole will focus on developing and executing visual assets forShop KitKemp, including website design, product packaging, and brand-led creativeprojects.

You will collaborate closely with our design andmarketing teams to bring the distinctive Shop Kit Kemp aesthetic to life acrossdigital and physical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets fortheShop Kit Kempwebsite, ensuring a cohesive andengaging user experience
• Create and refineproduct packagingdesigns, maintaining brand consistency and high visual standards
• Collaborate with internal teams includingmarketing, product development, and creative direction
• Contribute to concept development and visualstorytelling across campaigns
• Prepare design files for production (digitaland print)
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelinesand reflects the unique Kit Kemp design identity
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously andmeet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer(freelance or in-house)
