Job Description:

We’re working with a well-regarded, award-winning interior design studio based in London. Known for their bold, narrative-led interiors across hospitality, residential, and F&B spaces, they’ve built an international reputation for creating characterful, detail-rich environments with real depth and purpose.

They’re now looking for an experienced Midweight Interior Designer who’s ready to take the next step. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s naturally curious, creatively driven, and confident working across all stages of a project.

You should have experience taking a project from concept right through to completion and be comfortable juggling more than one job at a time. The ideal candidate will have led small teams, supported junior designers, and worked directly with clients.

In this role, you’ll be involved in everything from drawing packages and specifications to understanding how projects are delivered — including proposals, timelines, and fee structures. You’ll be supported by senior team members and given the space to grow into leading projects of your own.

If you’re looking for a role where you can really take ownership, grow your skills, and be part of a genuinely supportive team, this could be a great fit.
