Responsibilities:
Oversee the full project lifecycle of commercial workplace D&B schemes
Manage cross-functional teams including designers, contractors, and consultants
Lead client communications and ensure exceptional service delivery
Develop and monitor project programmes, timelines, and budgets
Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
Resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving forward
Conduct site inspections and lead project meetings
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the Design & Build industry
Proven success managing workplace fit-outs over £4m
Exceptional knowledge of the London commercial interiors market
Strong leadership, organisational and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Proficient with project management software and tools
Driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about great design
